My Plumbers do not charge for coming out to asses a job and will only charge if able to fix the problem within the hours call out charge. If the issue is more complicated, My Plumbers will provide an estimate, so the client can see exactly what is involved.

If your taps or shower have not been replaced for sometime, they may not have standard fittings.  If there is a manufacturers name, My Plumbers will contact them and source the correct parts on your behalf. 

If we can see that any of your plumbing may cause problems in the future, for example a lack of isolation valve, we will let you know and provide an estimate to make sure any future issues can be resolved as simply and cost effectivly as possible.
